Begin with a warm-up
All of our classes start with a full body dynamic warm-up to prep your body for the main event. This includes full body movements to warm your muscles and get your heart rate rising.
The Main Event
The workout consists of six 3 minute rounds consisting of upper body combinations with lower body exercises. Each round utilizes both Southpaw stance (right arm and leg forward) and Orthodox stance (left arm and leg forward) for improved muscle balance. Following each round is a 1 minute rest break.
Core Series
Finish with a 5 minute core routine to leave you feeling your strongest. Training your core has a multitude of benefits including improved posture, reduced lower back pain, prevents injuries, and overall makes simple tasks easier. A strong core stabilizes your body and allows better balance and ease with everyday movements, such as bending and lifting.
Cool Down
Complete your workout with full body stretches to steady your heart rate and blood pressure, and provide proper care to your muscles. Stretching also increases overall stress relief, leaving you feeling your best.
